1. Service Scope
Dynamic Highway Logistics (DHL) provides domestic and international logistics, transportation, and moving solutions.
Services include packing, moving, transportation, and delivery of goods as agreed with the customer.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our official channels.
Payments must be made as per the agreed quotation before or at the time of service.
Any additional charges (if applicable) will be communicated prior to final delivery.
3. Delivery & Reporting
Customers are responsible for verifying goods at the time of delivery.
Any damage, loss, or discrepancy report must be submitted within 7 (seven) days of delivery.
Claims made after 7 days will not be entertained or considered valid.
4. Liability
DHL will take reasonable care during packing, transportation, and delivery.
Our liability is limited to the declared value of goods or as per the insurance coverage (if opted).
We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen events such as natural calamities, strikes, accidents, or traffic restrictions.
5. Insurance
Insurance is optional but highly recommended.
If the customer opts out of insurance, DHL will not be responsible for loss or damage beyond basic handling liability.
6. Prohibited Items
Customers are not allowed to ship:
Hazardous materials, flammable items, explosives.
Illegal goods, contraband, or items restricted by law.
Perishable items without prior approval.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per company policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi NCR.
